Healthy Snacks under 200 Calories


Snacking can either make or break your diet. They are important to keep your metabolism working and curb your hunger especially when on-the-go or at work, however, if you're not making the right choices they'll accumulate calories! If you're having trouble finding what foods you can snack on, I’ve come up with a list of healthy snacks all under 200 calories

1 cup edamame                                                             

3 cups air popped popcorn 

1 cup fruit yogurt (0% fat)

1 rice cake with 1 tablespoon labneh 

1/2 cup pineapple with 1 teaspoon shredded coconut         


2 tablespoons almonds 

2 tablespoons hommos with vegetables 

1 square dark chocolate (melted) with 1/2 cup strawberries 

3 smoked turkey slices with lettuce

1/2 apple sliced with 1 tablespoon peanut butter
