I can tell you that the squat is one of my favorite exercise moves! It’s an amazing and efficient exercise to sculpt your butt! This exercise targets not only your glutes, but also your thighs and core, leaving you with a toned body to fit in that party dress!

So try this 30-day squat challenge below created just for you, it involves different versions of just one move, which you have to increase the number daily! No equipment needed and it takes only 10 minutes of your time each day.

Weeks 1 & 2: Basic Squat

Day 1-2: 20 squats (repeat 2xs)

Day 3-4: 30 squats (repeat 2xs)

Day 5: Rest Day

Day 6-7: 40 squats (repeat 2xs)

Day 8-9: 45 squats (repeat 2xs)

Day 10-11: 50 squats (repeat 2xs)

Day 12: Rest Day

Day 13-14: 60 squats (repeat 2xs)

Week 3: Squat and Squat & Kickback

Day 15-16: 35 squats + 35 squat & kickback

Day 17-18: 40 squats + 40 squat & kickback

Day 19: Rest Day

Day 20-21: 50 squats + 50 squat & kickback

Week 4: Squat and Jump & Squat

Day 22-23: 40 squats + 20 jump & squat

Day 24-25: 50 squats + 25 jump & squat

Day 26: Rest Day

Day 27-28: 60 squats + 30 jump & squat

Day 28-30: 70 squats + 35 jump & squat
