Veggie Chips! Your Guilt-Free Snack


We all get the potato chips craving! Skip the store-bought fried, flavored chips and even store bought veggie chips. Make your own baked veggie chips, for a clean eating version! 

You can make veggie chips with just about any vegetable: zucchini, carrots, kaleSweet potatoes and beetroot are also good options, but remember these are ‘starchy veggies’ and contain more calories than other veggies.  You can also add your own flavorings to mix it up. 

What to do: 

1.Choose your veggie
2. Thinly slice 
3. Bake 
4. Add Flavor 

Try these three recipes below for some inspiration:

Garlic-Parmesan Zucchini Chips

2 large zuchinni/courgette

1 Tbsp olive oil 

¼ tsp garlic powder 

1 tsp parmesan cheese 

1 tsp truffle oil (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 375°F
2. Slice zucchini into thin slices. Place slices into a bowl and mix with oil, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese 
3. Bake for 20-30 minutes until brown and crisp. Turn often. 
4. Cool on paper towels at room temp and enjoy!
