Healthy Chocolate Truffles


We all love to indulge in chocolate especially on Valentine's Day! Try out this recipe that will keep your mouth watering while limiting the calories and adding a nutritional punch!  


10 soft dates, without seeds, chopped

2 teaspoons vanilla 

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/3 cup roasted peanuts

1/3 cup seeds of your choice: chia, flax, sunflower seeds

Rolling options: cocoa powder, coconut flakes, crushed nuts, chocolate sprinkles


1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until it forms a dough 

2. Roll an amount of 1 Tbsp into a ball with your hands

3. Spread the rolling ingredients in a plate and roll the ball, covering it all

4. Store in the fridge
