Are you trying to add some exercise into your lifestyle but you don’t have the time?

Try this at home cardio workout that doesn’t require any equipment! You an fit this routine any time of day to  effectively burn calories and tone your body! 

Start with a warm up followed by performing as many reps of exercises as you can in the given time, then repeat. End with a cool down and stretch. Begin with the best of your ability and you will improve before you know it! 

Start:

Warm up: 5 min march in place

Stretching: inner thighs, hamstrings, quads, calves
