Cauliflower Pizza Crust


You’ll be surprised with this pizza crust made with cauliflower tastes delicious!  Cauliflower has found its way into many recipes as a great replacement for regular wheat flour and makes a great healthy food swap when going for a carb-free meal, for vegetarians or for a perfect light but filling dinner when trying to lose weight! 

Below is the recipe to make the pizza dough, all you need to do is at your favorite toppings and start baking! 


1 small cauliflower

2 egg whites, beaten 

1/3 cup low fat cheese 

1 tsp dried oregano

pinch of salt 


1. Mix small batches of the cauliflower in a blender or food processor until it forms a rice-like texture. 

2. Microwave for 5 min until soft.

3. After cooling, mix the dough with egg whites and cheese (helps hold the base together) and add oregano and salt. 

4. Bake for 10-15 min, remove then add the toppings and bake for another 8-10 minutes.
